How to read this table. The list covers all 91 sections in Part A (work accidents) and the 19 sections of Part B (occupational diseases). In sections marked “with detail” the sub-sections and disability percentages are given in their own wording, as verified against the source. For the remaining sections only the section name is given — enough to identify which section a particular condition belongs to.

This table does not determine disability percentages and does not promise any outcome. The actual determination is made by the medical committee alone. The source: the Appendix to the National Insurance Regulations (Determination of Degree of Disability for Work Injuries), 5716–1956 — the full Disability Tests book (Hebrew). The Regulations are updated from time to time. Repealed sections (10, 59, 67) are not shown.

A note on this translation: the Regulations are enacted in Hebrew, and the Hebrew text is the only binding version. The English here is our working translation. Section numbers and percentages are given exactly as they appear in the Regulations, which is why you will see Hebrew letters inside them — those are part of the citation.

💡 Not sure which section covers your condition? The disability percentage calculator asks three questions and finds it.
